Dr. Youssef teaches two classes at OSU.

In the fall, she teaches Introductory Microbiology (MICR 2123), as well as an honors add-on to the course, MICR 2890.

          Course Description: General principles of the biology of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, algae, fungi, protozoa, and archaea.  

 

In the spring of even years, she teaches Microbial Genomics and Bioinformatics (MICR 4543, or graduate catalog, MICR 5543). 

          Course Description: Basic approaches and strategies for microbial genome analysis, and hands-on training on the subject.
